Mick McCluskey is VP of Product Management at Enghouse a leading provider of software solutions assisting operators leverage digital transformation to drive profitability in fast changing and emerging markets. In the area of video solutions, Mick has been pivotal in creating the Elevate solution – a truly disruptive TVaaS solution which permits payTV operators manage transition while maintaining profitability in a rapidly changing market. He is currently working on solutions that help operators take advantage of key technology and industry trends like OTT video, IoT and 5G.

Jon Giegengack
Principal, Hub Entertainment Research, LLC
Jon Giegengack founded Hub in 2013 as the convergence of technology and entertainment was exploding. Giegengack’s aim was to provide real-time, customized insights about the changing world of television and digital entertainment, from connectivity and consumption to future usage and trend patterns. Giegengack and the Hub team work with leading media and entertainment brands, including HBO, Comcast, Netflix, Time Warner, Sony, AMC and AT&T. He worked in entertainment market research for fifteen years prior to starting Hub, including ten years at CMB in Boston. Based in NH but frequently on the road, Giegengack is a regular speaker at industry events on the topics of content consumption and technology influences and has been quoted in publications such as The Wrap , TVREV , MediaPost, Adweek , Multichannel News and eMarketer.

Kevin Gray
Publisher, Fierce Wireless
Kevin Gray is the publisher of Fierce Markets’ Telecom group publications, and in this role oversees the editorial, operations, and sales functions of the group. He has been with the organization since 2010, previously serving as an associate publisher, managing the sales team for Fierce Telecom, Fierce Wireless, and Fierce Video. Kevin has a B.A. in Business Administration from Methodist University.
