Operators know they need to be thinking about preserving value added services while orienting to a cloud and 5G future. All those useful non-core services beyond standard voice features, such as voting, IVR, Ring-back tone and other add-ons we must offer users/subscribers—add value to the overall service offering and can be a useful source of additional revenue.
