Notify Subscribers of Their Missed Calls

The Enghouse Missed Call Notification server is a highly scalable solution addressing the issue of missed calls in a mobile network. Whenever a call towards a home subscriber is not connected, the core network sends a trigger to the MCN server, which then informs the subscriber of the caller’s number and other information about the call (date, time and number of call attempts). Notifications can be sent as SMS or other types of messages.
