5 Reasons Now is the Time for an OSS Refresh

As operators further develop 5G, and 6G becomes a less remote possibility, it’s time for operators to assess whether the Operational Support Systems (OSS) they have in place are up to the task.  OSS tools are mission-critical, playing a key part in the designing, building, operation and maintenance of the global communications infrastructure.  Despite this, creaking operational infrastructure is creating problems for companies, as the collapse of Southwest Airlines at the end of 2022 illustrated.  Sometimes, choosing to do nothing can be the costliest decision of all.
