Webinar description
Timely and accurate billing, centralized reporting, and automated operational processes are mission-critical for any successful business. But all too often, years of growth and diversification lead to back office systems and processes that simply don’t work well together; negatively affecting revenue, hindering executive decision-making, and even leading to an inability to bill for new products and services.
Learn how Uniti Fiber overcame this challenge by partnering with Enghouse Networks, and how consolidating multiple billing solutions into one single cloud-based system streamlines billing operations and enables valuable executive dashboards and Salesforce integration.
In this webinar, Enghouse’s experts, along with Greg Tapscott, Director of Revenue Assurance at Uniti Fiber, will walk us through their journey – from billing fragmentation to billing convergence – and how it has shortened the time to revenue generation, monitoring, and assurance – and cleared a path for future business growth.
